Yes. A significant share of our clients live abroad. We assist with NIE applications, opening a Spanish bank account, fiscal representation, mortgage financing and the entire technical side.
Yes. When a project is at an early stage, there is room to adjust layout, materials, finishes and orientation. In advanced or turnkey projects customisation is more limited.
The price includes the full architectural project, permits, premium-grade construction, installations, plot urbanisation, energy certificates and utility connections. Taxes, furniture and pool are not included unless explicitly stated.
On average between 14 and 20 months from contract signature to handover, depending on the complexity of the project and municipal permit timelines.
Each residence is delivered with the Spanish mandatory ten-year structural insurance, three-year coverage on construction elements and one-year coverage on finishes. We also provide our own aftercare service.
Yes. We work in English, Spanish, Dutch and German throughout the process, from the first visit to aftercare.
Yes, when the scale justifies it. Full renovations and rehabilitations of premium villas in Altea and the northern Costa Blanca.
When works are in progress or recently completed, we organise visits by appointment. The first meeting can also take place at our Altea office or by video call.
We work with several Spanish banks that finance non-residents. We assist with the application and negotiation at no additional cost.
We work mainly in Altea, Altea Hills, Sierra de Bernia, Calpe, Benissa and Moraira. For special projects, occasionally in other areas of the northern Costa Blanca.
